Skanska Signs $98 Mln Data Center Contract With CRA Prague Gateway DC

(RTTNews) - Skanska AB (SKA-B.ST, SKSBF, SKBSY), a construction and development company, on Monday announced that it signed a CZK 2.1 billion or $98 million contract with CRA Prague Gateway DC to build a new data center on the outskirts of Prague, Czechia. The construction will begin in August 2026, with completion expected in 2028. The contract is worth about SEK 930 million and will be included in its Europe order bookings for the third quarter of 2026. The company said that the work includes complete construction and non-IT technologies. The initial phase will cover site infrastructure, foundations and the building's load-bearing precast concrete structure. On Friday, Skanska AB closed trading 1.04% higher at SEK 271 on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
