Maui police: Naked swimmer, 20, kills guard, 63

A naked college swimmer was arrested Thursday after allegedly killing a 63-year-old security guard on Maui and fleeing the scene on foot.

Police say the 20-year-old swimmer, a student at a mainland university, was found wandering without clothes near a resort area around 3 a.m. Officers later identified him as the suspect in the fatal stabbing of the guard, who worked at a nearby gated community. The victim, identified as David Kaleohano, was found dead inside the guard shack early Wednesday with multiple stab wounds.
